1. About us

InterAtlas Estate ("we", "us", the "Platform") operates an online portal through which registered, verified investors can allocate funds to off-plan real-estate developments listed on the Platform. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility & verification

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. Before investing you must complete identity verification (KYC) and, where applicable, source-of-funds checks. We may refuse, suspend or close any account to comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing obligations.

3. The nature of a listing

Listings describe real developments by third-party developers. Prices, sizes, payment plans and completion dates are the developers' published figures and may change. A listing is information, not an offer or a solicitation, and does not constitute investment, tax or legal advice.

4. Deposits, investments & withdrawals

Funds you add to your account are recorded as an account balance. Bank-transfer and crypto deposits are credited after we confirm receipt; card deposits are credited on successful settlement. When you invest, the corresponding amount is debited from your balance. Withdrawal requests reserve the amount immediately and are paid to the destination you provide after review. We do not pay interest on uninvested balances.

5. No guaranteed returns

Any projected return, ROI or yield shown is an estimate based on the developer's information and prevailing market assumptions. Returns and completion timelines depend on the developer and market conditions and may differ from projections. Please read our Risk Disclosure.

6. Fees

Any fees applicable to deposits, investments or withdrawals will be disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Third-party payment processors and networks may charge their own fees.

7. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials and two-factor device secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the destination details of any withdrawal. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your investment decisions, from developer performance, or from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your account agreement. Contact: info@interatlas.estate.
